Eye Care & Problems

Iam using specs of -1.25 in both eyes for the past 10 yrs . As a part of regular check I had a eye test today there they told to use cylindrical lens along with spherical lens. Cylindrical power is 0.5 . Is there any way not to use cylindrical lens ? Whether cylindrical power can b cure ? Is it compulsory that I should use cylindrical lens ? Please tell me natural way to remove the power

My niece is 11 months old and today we observed red spot in right eye in the white part of the eye. Is it any problem or dangerous? Today due to gujarati new year, all eye doctors are not available for personal consultation. Kindly respond is there any problem? What could it be in her eye? Is it normal?

I wear spectacles. I have both spherical & cylindrical power. Since last few months. I need more light to read. More contrasting lights to read. I got my specs no. Checked but that is correct, atleast what optician said. When I close my left eye & try seeing only through my right eye. Everything is blurred, whether near or far , does not matter. But everything is blurred. The same does not happen in my left eye .

It seems like a Sty near my eye .Swollen eye on the right .Need help.It has happened since yesterday when I got wet in rain .Ever since it's Burning and is irritating to say the least
