I have been facing blurry vision for few minutes few times now. Today was 4th time in last one year. I am 24 year old and having no disease as such. Do I need to consult doctor?

Sudden pain in the right eye for 4-5 min
I have sudden surges of pain in or behind my right eye for periods of 4-5 minutes. It occurs 2-3 times per day and has lasted for about a week. It feels like the pain is behind the eye, shooting towards the eye and the temple. Its slowly creeps up on me, gets more intence for 4-5 minutes and the passes.

Cloudy layer on the pupil
My eyes get red as I get up from sleep or I keep staring at my laptop, usually in the evening.
Also, I am concerned about the cloudy layer over my pupil area.
My right is bit myopic

But since my left eye has perfect vision, I don't wear glasses.
