Someone with a cold sore just kissed me on my eye. It did not have any discharge though. What are the chances of contracting eye herpes?

My boyfriend has been diagnosed with pinkeye and is taking antibiotics. Last night I felt a band of tender pain along my upper eyelid, and noticed a bump and some redness. No crusting, no bloodshot appearance. Just want to confirm this is a stye and see if I can avoid a trip to Urgent Care.

We have already consulted but he is informing that some layer has been slipped and given some other drops but the we have again consulted hospital but recpionist or not sure who picked but informed to consult doctor and stop other medicines.we are confused and worried. Please suggest.

Recently 2 months ago my granny has gone for cataract operation in right eye. She is under medication as per the doctors suggestion. But after somedays she is feeling not well. Like she is getting tears in eye and eye vision is not clear. And having little irritation kind in the eye. I would prefer suggestion from some one because is living far from hospital place where operation has done. So need suggestion like whether it will be set or should we consult doctor immediately or any medication or drops can prevent this .. else drops or medicines can be used until consulting doctor.
