I am 15 year old,When i consulted an opthomerist he suggested to wear +3D left and right then later i consulted a doctor he said in left as +2.5as spherical,+0.5cylindrical axis150 and right as +1.75spherical......which can i use

Ask your doctor to dilate and then prescribe numbers after PMT (Post mydriatic test)
As our refraction is little dynamic due to lens component, there is possibility to have little difference in number when you consult different ppl.
Some prefers not to prescribe small cylinder like 0.5 and then they adjust your sphere accordingly. So such thing happens.
