Headache after eye power change
I had -5.0 sph power for past 5 years
Recently got it checked and it got increased to -6.5
Previous axis 30 150
Current 20 160
Getting headache from past 3 days and focus problem in right eye .
Age 25

Get power checked properly by a doctor. Most likely you've been overcorrected. Axis may also be an issue, but unlikely.

Sometimes we have difficulty in accepting new power. Continue for one week with new power.
If you still have headache ,then again visit your ophthalmologist .

A 10 degree change in the axis won't cause headache. It's better to get your power rechecked.
A narrow rectangular frame is better suited for minus power.

There can be a problem with axis of the spectacle. It could also be due to a change in the frame design and centring.
You should consult your ophthalmologist in person for this issue.
