please get your eyes testing done. you might be having computer vision syndrome. please use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop.
Next Steps
follow 20 20.formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 2p minutes. keep proper distance between eyes and screen. don't sit facing towards A.C.. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water. eat lot of fresh fruits and leafy vegetables.
