Eye Care & Problems

My eye irritate while taking this tablet and also fell difficulty in reading.

I have a Pink eye from Friday. I went to an ophthalmologist and had been suggested Moxicip cream, vigamox drops and Ceftum 500 MG. Also pain killer Diclomol. Moxicip has made my eye to swell and went to ophthalmologist again and have stopped the Moxicip. Right now eye is painful and the Swelling is going very slowly and the eye is hot and Painful. I am more concerned about the pain and Swelling. I have just started cold compress but need some suggestions on a better painkiller or any other medicines which helps in speeding up the process. Discharge is there, also very less crusting. Does it take so many days to cure a Pink eye? Please suggest some options as pain is increasing and I need a quick relief.

Hi, have Pink eye in left eye and heavy Swelling. Currently taking Vigamox drops and Ceftum 500 MG. But it is since 5 days now. Swelling has not gone neither the pink eye has improved. Pain has increased a lot and Diclomol is not helping. Can't even open my left eye due to the Swelling. Need some suggestions, as I am scared.

Hi I have prescription contacts but I am not able to have it with me until I am able to fit them at my eye doctors! Is practicing with coloured contacts bad?

I am 21 male. I was diagnosed with kerataconus last week when I went for an eye checkup. The results indicated that I have -1.75 cyl in right eye and -1.50 cyl in left eye with no spherical power. I don't wear glasses because I always had my vision 20/20. The doctors advised me to take a scan since I had no problem reading the letters during the checkup. Then they found out that I have keratoconus in my right eye which has been progressing and I underwent topoguided prk + collagen crosslinking

My Maternal-Grandmother required CATARACT SURGERY, her age is around 75-80 years and she has been suffering from Paralysis in right portion of the body from April 2016, now she is stable, she is able to move her right leg for slow walking, but not able to move her right hand & can't speak, Medicine she takes regulary - Preva As -150mg, Coltro 20mg, Telsite 40 mg, Rabeteo 20mg, Heptaglobin syrup. So I want to ask what are the chances to do the Contract Surgery in both the eyes Successfully & Cost

Went to hospital on Sunday was given drop and ointment it's now worse swelling drainage it's extremely painful

I have amblyopia. My prescription in my left eye is -13 and my right eye is 0. I am 30 years old. I have been wearing glasses since age 5. My prescription in my left eye started as -4. I haven't been wearing glasses for many years and I believe that is why my vision has gotten worse. Will it get any better or worse? What can I do?

I have never worn glasses. Bur recently after consulting with doctor I came to know that I have power of -1.75. But after wearing the glasses I see nearby objects slanted .Is it normal or is the eye glasses are defective? Thanks Manoj

My 3 year old daughter was suffering from mild cold and fever last week for which we consulted doctor and gave medicine. However she also had white discharge from her eyes at the same time. Used Toba eye drops three times a day as prescribed. But the discharge started again after relief of one day. Pls suggest whether to continue with drops or consult doctor again
