I have a question of scaly eyelids. i previously had dermatitis where it left my eyelids dry so now I need to know what can I use to remove it ?

My eye has a brown in it. both of my parents have blue eyes and iv never noticed brown on my left eye. im not sure if this is good or not

I am a 25 yr old mbbs graduate .The day before I noticed that I lost my nasal field of right eye .i was blaming it on specs at first but when I actually noticed nothing could be seen in nasal field of right eye even more worse inferonasally I doubt this can be retinal detachment ,the loss is sudden n no pain ..Right eye is having a cylindrical no .myopic -6 and hypermetropic +2..Sir I want to know what r the treatment options .is it an emergency ?? At present I am in Delhi Narela .

Doctor has given a the contact lenses of 120° axis, But the contact lense available in market is 110° Will it affect my vision or it will work
