What happens if we use contact lenses with out consulting a doctor. Little pain in eye

I was diagnosed with Astigmatism in both eyes 1.5 yrs. before. Since then my specs were changed 4 times. Can I know the reason why the cylindrical no. of my eyes keep changing. What should I do to stabilize my prescription. My current prescription is attached in images.

I got a heatstroke 2 days back due to which i fainted and hurt my head. Since then i am experiencing double vision in my sight. Kindly resolve my issue.

My Mom under went a cataract operation with a monofocul lens.But after the cataract surgery my mom vision became cloudy so we went to doctor B and he mention that the cloudy vision is due to surgical trauma and fuchs corneal dystrophy. He suggested us to wait for 1.5 months to let the eye heal on itself. After a months time the vision is still cloudy so doctor recommended going for a keratoplasty. Doctor C suggested to wait for 1 more month before going for operation. Should we wait or operate.

I have been having an issue with my right eye only. I wear correction glasses and have a power of -4 in left and -3.75 in right. The issue is that after working just a few minutes on a computer my right eye vision goes blur when seeing far objects and when compared to left eye which has a sharp image. I had a tennis ball eye injury some 2 years back in the same eye, not sure if that is connected.
