Eye Care & Problems

For the past 2-3 years I have been experiencing problems with my eyes/brain. If feels like my eyes are “rolling” or like double vision. They switch off which side and it will usually last for 10 minutes at most but if I close the eye that’s doing it I can see just fine . As the years go by it happens more frequently. The first time it happend I freaked out and went to the E.R they did a cat scan and found nothing. So they sent me home. Other related issues. Please help!

Can any one suggest me. How to have a succesfull eyelid surgery for my lazy upper eyelid.. Not both side left side upper lid only.. Im staying pune kondhwa road.and  Which is the nearest clinic the best way i can find.. And what is the exact cost for to spend a surgery for eyelid.

My dad was smoking and some of the ashes of the cigarette fell into my eye. I closed it and tried to take them out. This was at 17:00 and at 20:00 it started to hurt i looked in the mirror and noticed that the inside of my eye still has little ashes and is a bit red
