My right eye vision is getting worse.Since my left eye is fine and specs with high power in my right eye is causing double vision, the optometerist suggested me to go for -2.5. But I dont have 6/6 vision with -2.5. I don't have any genetic problem or undergoing any medical problem. I am worried why it can be. I got my eyes throughly examined last year but the doctor said everything was fine. Is there any way my right eye can be improved? My eye sight was perfect till 4-5 years back when I started wearing glasses.

I've been expiriencing under eye swelling in the inside corner of my left eye for 6 months. I have tried hot compress, eye massage, I went to my eye specialist to see If It's the problem with my tear drainage system but that wasn't it. During probing my specialist told me she saw some secretion and that the swelling was caused by it, so she prescribed some antibiotics i.e azithromycin tablets and moxifloxacin and gatifloxacin tear drops to clear up the infection. Unfortunately they didn't work.

Sir my son age 9 years. Eye power-1.75 then it is possible to recover at normal power? I mean glasses can remove?

Respected sir...my left eye is squint outward.i have consulted with the doctors of Sankar netralaya but the doctors said that this eye can not be corrected even squint Sergery is also not successful for this condition.plss help me sir

Hello my mother is suffering from severe eye pain.only one eye is paining consulted opthalmologist they prescribed drops but still its paining can you suggest some medicine so that it can be controlled till the next visit to the doctor.

I have add corrective glasses since I was 8 years old. Currently, I am a -5.5. Is LASIK an option for me. I am also concerned about the risks involved. I dont wanna damage what I have right now.

Hello doc, Our daughter amrutha(3.2 yrs, born in 30 th week preterm delivery) is having squint since 1.5 yrs and she is currently on patch treatment daily for 2 hrs. Initially we could find the difference but we couldn't continue to keep the patch. Now since 1 month we are keeping the patch daily and slight improvement can be seen. But we would like to know if any further exercises or anything can be suggested for faster improvement. Thanks in advance.

Since last week I have redness in my left eye and whitish layer has formed on top of my eyeball. There is no irritation and water coming out.

My baby is one year old. I use Dermadew soap for his bath. is it safe if soap goes into baby's eyes ?
