Red skin developed after falling from bike. Doctor suggested to use moxifloxacin eye ointment..we are not sure how to use it.. is it for internal eye or do we need to apply outside where the red skin is there under the eye..external..

If the redness is present only below the eye (externally on the skin) and the eye internally is normal, then you need to put the ointment only externally. The redness is a bruise which will take a few days to resolve.
