I dropped Otrivin adults(Xylometazoline Hydrochloride) nasal drop in one of mybaby eyes (one month old) by mistake. I rinsed her eyes and then dropped sterile eye drops (tobramycin 3 mg/ml). What could happen and what else should I do?

So for the past few days My left eye has started to irritate me slightly when I blink for a short period of time and then the pain will go away. I didn’t really think of it much, so I left it alone. Today I woke up and it hurts to blink.. it’s slightly swollen near my tear duct and when my eye is pulled down the inner lower eyelid is redder than the other.. I wear glasses but otherwise I have never had any problems with my eyes.

I am seeing things slightly crooked and curled through my right eye, the brightness also seems to be low as compared to the left eye, and i have a high negative power for boyh the eyes...please help

Before 2 days I had lasik surgery.. And today I took bath but I didn't touch face and I had kept water for 30 mins so that steam decreases but... When I came out the vision is slightly foggy is it due to steam? And will it be like this only??
