My son Karthik Saxena of 9 years is having a cylindrical defect of + 4.5 in in both eyes with excess of 110 degree in right eye and 60 degree in left eye and he is also having vision of 6/12 in both eyes can it be cure and how

I am a myopic and my power keeps in increasing it was 2.00 one ye and the other 1.75 4 yrs ago and then 2 yrs after it was a 2.75 one eye and the other 3.00 and now one eye is 3.25 and the other is 3.00 I don't know what is happening . please note that I don't have a phone for myself so I use it minimally and I don't use computers that much too. I am afraid it will go to 4 soon please help
