One eye redness and pain when moving up and down and closing and opening , since yesterday morning, and pain to touch the closed eye. please advise on this

Hello This could be due to uveitis or foreign body in eye etc It is very difficult to comment without examining you Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards
