When shake my head in dark room i see light or something like that i am not clear what exactly it is. Are these flashes of light or something to worry. Also i am not clear what exactly flashes are. Can you plz help me clear that. I often fear if i have retinal detachment. Plz help

Hello Doctor. I have -0.25 and -1.50 number for my eyes since 2 years. I dont wear my glasses at all. I can see almost clearly even without using them but just a little bit blur with my left eye. Will not wearing them increase my number or worsen my eyes?

Black eyes one at a time no reasons why no bump just woke up an had a black eye but no pain

My husband will go through times where his eyes extremely hurt. Open or closed, they hurt and he says it feels like there’s a rock in them. One day we actually looked inside after him convinced there was a rock or foreign body in there, and we saw this white yellowish bump on his inner eyelid, towards the back of his eyeball. I told him I would look into it but he pulled it out himself with tweezers and it went away. Now, after half a year, another one has shown up. I can’t find any information.

My mother had cataract surgery of her left eye on 20th Jan. And till date she has some redness and pain in her eyes and also water comes out of it. I discussed the same with our opthalmologist who did the surgery and he said there is some cover over the eye lens that comes up naturally and in mumma's case that is not coming up as regular as it should have been. He gave an ointment for the same and called us after 5 days. Pls tell me is this normal nd wat abt this cover. Wat r d impacts if any?
