I have pain in left eye since 3days I had I eye infection last year n Dr prescription was done drops like flogel etc Now again I have pain in that area n some small boil inside

Hello sir.. I got an incident in my 9th class iron rod was hitted at my left eye.. It happens around 6 years.. I got opertions 9 times... Doctor's said u r eye Retina was good... But when I am seeing with my left eye it so blur.. I am avoiding my left eye in case I am using only right eye....past 6 years.. It may cause my right eye sights low ?

I am having eye lid selling from 4 days and i was suggested by a doctor to use Cefixime & Ofloxacin 200mg but the swelling did not get reduced and the pain is increasing.Please let me know what I should use to solve the problem.
