Fatique body and eye twitching
My left eye is twitching and bling since last 10 days what is the issue also feeling tired from month now after 7-8 hours continuous sleep and diet.

Your symptoms are suggestive of myokymia
Most common cause is stress
It usually resolves without treatment
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
Kindly consult local Ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done

Twitching is common and generally subsides it self . Use cold compresses, take rest and oral calcium tablet helps
