Try.
A. Warm compresses
B. Lid scrub with baby shampoo
C. Apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins
D. Treat scalp dandruff if present

It seems to be a hygiene problem. Please improve your hygiene. Do hot foamentation.and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and rub zyaqua cleanser twice daily on lids
