Hello..... A stye is an infection that causes a tender red lump on the eyelid.it usually occurs at an angle ,Styes are caused by a bacterial infection . It's difficult to differentiate between sure and chalazion ,you take her to ophthalmologist without delay, she need medical treatment Apply warm, wet compresses for 5 to 10 minutes, 3 to 6 times a day
