Can i put eyedropper to my baby's eye as mustard oil fall in his eye and it's shows swelling ...pls answer

Sir,my left eyeball is not in the center since birth..can it be brought back to original position through any treatment?

Hlw i have keratoconus in both eyes and dr recommended me not to see sunlight but the problem is in report of vitamin D test its found that i have its deficiency so what i have to do. I planned to go for morning walk so that it helps me but because of keratoconus i cant go to exposure to light. Plz suggest what to do.

Every morning when I wake up since the past 2 days, my left eye is swollen and red with a lot of rheum formation, which even prevents my eyes from opening. I have to remove the rheum first and only then does it open. And when it does, I see that it's bloodshot red. But my right eye is normal. Please tell me the reason. Attached are some pictures.
