My 4 years kid is suffering from yellow discharge from eyes and it is not allowing him to open his eyes. I am expecting it could be conjuctive eyes.
Please advise any eye drops.

Try
A. Cold compresses
B. Use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times daily along with lubricating eyedrop frequently
C. Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in severe cases
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis

It it might be conjunctivitis. Please share a close up pic of your eyes with detailed information about discharge redness watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision. You may put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and ocupol eye oint at bed time
