My eye power is -3.50,I'm 18 yrs old & I want to get rid of specs...plz suggest what would be the best option

Hi this is a follow up question for doctor Vaibhav Mittal about lattice . I've been told that the chances of RD are very rare less than one percent . And lattice is not a disease or the sign of any unhealthiness can be found in normal eyes as well . Can the effects of lattice if it turns into a tear or something even though very rare , be treated with success

Hello, sir I am 37 year female with hythyroid for 7 years. I got a blurred vision and went for specs to sight and they told my left eye has cataract, like in the bag some layer has developed and told to go for best lens costing 1lac,becoz I am younger. Yellow mucous kind of deposits are forming in my left eye. It's happening at the inner corner (near nose). I had cold from last few weeks. I had not taken any medicines. Cold is manageable, not too severe. Why these deposits in eye? What to do?
