I have myopia and don't want a surgery. Please suggest a way so that I can better my vision with the help of exercise, healthy habits, nutritious food and get rid of my spectacles. R.E= -3.75 sph L.E= -2.75 sph

My doctor suggested this eye drops for my 7 years old son. His sight is increasing every day. Is this eye drops don’t have any side effects.i sm not able to find this eye drops any where in Hyderabad. Can you please suggest where will I get this drops

I had my LASIK done 8 months ago with prescription as follows OD : -4.00 -4.00 * 170° OS : -6.00  -2.50* 170° But, yesterday I had my eye test and optometrist told me I had some power OD : -0.25 -2.00*15° OS : -1.25 He said it could be due to pupil regression and it will fluctuate, also I had some dry eyes! Kindly elaborate why this power came back although I am still seeing 6/12 with my right eye and 6/5 with my left eye without specs. I also want to ask is, can this number improve? As yesterday was my 5th follow up and in each of the previous follow ups, these powers in my eyes fluctuated ( +0.25 in first week then -0.75 in 2nd week then -2.5 in 3rd week and now -0.25 with -2.00 cylindrical) Was my LASIK not done properly or is there any kind of pupil regression?

Hi I'm 20 yrs old ....... I'm currently using contact lense for a year. My power is -5 both right and left .... is there any possible chance for doing laser or Nasik for me .My doctor said there is no chances for the surgery because of my high power is it really true ??????
