My 3.5months baby has watery left eye with discharge. His paediatrician told to give some time , will clear on its own. Should I give it some time? If yes how long?

I am getting itching below my eyes and sometimes also getting dry .plz give me suggestions so that I can remove my problem

I wake up every morning my left eye really red and my right eye is a little red. I use eye drops in the morning and it gets better throughout the day. There is no discharge but only my eye boogers. My eye isn't swollen. When I press down on my eyelids it irritates my eyes. I feel like there is something in my eyes but there isn't. And I'm very sensitive to light. The photo below is my left eye after the eye drops. What do I have?

A small red dot next to my eye ball. it has started to pain and is there since today morning after i woke up. how should i treat this ? is it something to worry about ?

Hello! Is there an exam that clearly diagnoses a child myopia level without the need of this child's feedback (as he is not going to give it, given his age (2))? Like, is there a laser exam or something like that which can give a precise measurement? I know I can get him to an ophthalmologist, and I will, but I just want to be well informed before hand to avoid not giving him an adequate diagnoses and hinder the treatment we might use.
