Eye infection
My boyfriend has conjunctivitis in one eye, he has had this for a year now he has been to 4 different doctors and has taken several antibiotics. antibiotics seem to help but they wont get better because he wont stop rubbing them which makes it so much worse. we have tried eye patch, Cold compress , hot compress and eye solution but its a habit now to rub his eyes what can we do?

I think he may be having allergic conjunctivitis, because an infection will not last this long. In that case, antibiotics will not work. U need to use mild steroid eye drops and long term mast cell stabiliser eye drops.
