Choosing an IOL
1. I want a Foldable,Unifocal, Toric, Aspheric, Hydrophobic IOL. A UB or Blue filter will reduce light to retina. As I age (currently 63) this will get worse. Will choosing No filter IOL be advisable? 2. I want to wear eyeglasses only for distance and not for near and intermediate (computer) distance. I also do not want progresses eyeglasses. Is this possible?

Dr Soham have replied nicely. If you choose multifocals.,You must be highly motivated to adopt it. In my opinion unifocal will be more easily acceptable.
