I am 22 years old.my power is -5.What is opthalmoscopy?how it is fine?is it painful?please tell me in details?

I have got problem in my left eye.. I couldn't see properly.. I mean I can but if I close one eye not try to see it from left the vision is not as clear as the right one.. Also I have a sight.. I can't see far objects...I feel giddy too..may be ciz I am taking tablets.. Tab Evion and tab trichoton.. Prescribed by a dermatologist of a govt hospital

I was diaognised with glucoma in right eye in Dec 2017. Two different field test was showing VFI of 74% and at Centre for sight 79%. Other tests OCT, CCT, DVT was done. Doctor said initial glucoma and was taking Xalatan drop every day. After 4 months field test again at Centre for sight is showing decrease in VFI to 73%. Is this normal or cause of concern Ian's change in treatment is required
