I have. Eye problem I have got long sighted ness 7 to 8 months ago I can't see far things clearly is there any remedy to regain my eyesight

Today its the 8th day since I got Eye flu in right eye. I have been prescribed Zolkool and Gatiquin HS. Even after 8 days, there is no significant improvement in the redness and swelling. How much time will it take to completely become normal ? Please suggest any home remedies to treat this better and faster ?

Today some ink from a ball pen accidentally got in my eye.After that i flushed my eyes with water. Will i sugger from eye disease? What should i do now?

Doc my eye is sweeling beacuse of dust has enter in my eye for 2 week i check with local doc first he check my eye and said no dust in eye give two liquid. After one week  sweeling got worse then i recheck then he said this is infection in eye. Till now i taking table swelling is not curing. Please give me clarification what types of disease is when it will cure. Tablet names-cifron. Zerodol. Vozet. Thanks
