Heachache and strained eyes
I get headaches whenever I am reading a book or use my phone. My eyes feel extremely strained and dry very often. And they also water after a long use of laptop which would not happen before.

You need to blink more often when reading or on the computer. Every 30 minutes take a break by gently closing your eyes for half a minute. You will feel better with use of lubricant eye drops like refresh tears frequently for a fortnight. Maskatieyeclinic Opposite Charni road station east, Mumbai!

As you are a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids

Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every after every 20minutes.keep proper distance between eyes and screen wash your eyes with freshwater frequently and don't sit facing towards a/c or blowers consume lots of fresh fruit and vegetables .Also do cold compresses.
