Till then please put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids
And
Do cold compresses by ice and follow 20. 20 .formula. and don't sit facing towards the ac.

If problem persists visit an ophthalmologist nearby and get your spectacle power checked.
Mention your profession. It may be dry eye, convergence or both accomodation insufficiency. Or you may have refractive error. Complete eye examination necessary to rule out all causes.
Are you on computer screen or on phone screen a lot.
If you are then do frequent blinking , take a break in between and put some lubricant eye drops .
If no relief then. Show to eye doctor for complete eye checkup.

If regular laptop work is needed for you and you are using spectacles ?
If work will strain your eyes,
We need to give right glass correction and provide blue filter or antiglare accordingly considering your dry eye status or else you will be having these aesthenopic symptoms
Please take break every 1 hour of near work
And close eyes for 20 seconds every 20 minutes of laptop work
Use lubricant eye drop like lacrimos 0.5 or refresh tears 0.5
