Left Red eye

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have RED eye from past 3 days. There is little swelling on the lower skin part. There is no pain in it. It feels itchy at times. I haven't used any medicine as I was under impression that it will get well by itself but it's been 3 days so I am now getting worried. I do not know exact reason how I got this as no one surrounding me have this problem. Is there any eye drops that I can use for early relief? Thanks

Is there any watering,discharge or blurring of vision It seems to be conjunctivitis. Please do cold compresses and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin .
