Eye Care & Problems

Whenever I work on computer or do any close work for a longer duration, after finishing that work I usually notice in the mirror my right eye deviated. After that I blink hard 2-3 times, it comes back to its normal position. Frequency of this is increasing now and always happens when I stare at something for a longer duration. Why is it happening ? PS. My vision is 6/6 both eyes without any glasses.

From the morning, my left eye is red and there is a little pain and also yellow mucous like fluid is coming at the corner of left eye. Please suggest what to do. Note : I am allergic to sulpha, pencillillin, tetracycline, and ornidazole.
