White spot inside eyes near retina.. Some part of spot is on retina. Please suggest some eye drops or any medication for the same.

I got prescription right eye spherical -0.50DS and left eye spherical plano and cylindrical +0.50DC axis 90. Other doctor told me to get both eyes cylindrical. With whom should i go?
