Not getting clear vision .
My eye power is constant but i am not getting clear vision. I don’t know whats the reason. Also i get sharper vision when i tilt my face upward. Can it be a centering problem with lens.? What can i do to improve my vision. I have dry eyes too. Can it be the reason not getting clear vision especially at night

It might be due to dryness or little astigmatism or decentration of glasses.

This could be due to minor refractive error,dryness or probably mild superior oblique palsy
I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist

Perhaps it is centration issue of glasses
For dry eyes need to use lubricant eye drops 4-6times a day
