Does dry eye go away on its own ? I have dry eye in my right eye and have been applying the Bausch +Lomb Advanced Eye Relief (Dry Eye) Lubricant it's been working wonders, also will I get my normal moisture to my eye soon ? It's been 5 days since I had Dry Eye.

I am a contact user and lately my one of my eyes have become dry, I don't understand this because my eye was pretty fine 5 days prior to this event. I'm really scared I might have dry eye on my right eye forever but it seems my eye is inflamed and I would need artificial tears.
