Hi . Question for dr Vaibhav Mittal . This is a follow up to your response on my question for conatct lens wear . Well I would be very thankful if you could provide me the link to your article on conatct lens wear on practo healthfeed . :) Also , when wearing conatct lenses do we need to avoid or take caution during certain recreational activities , like riding a scooter or cooking . I was told to stay away from cooking and to avoid artificial heat?

Can i improve my eye sight by doing meditation Me spect no. Is - 4.5 Can i bring it to 3 Or is there any other way

I m. Paralatsis patient left side due to it i got glasses now my eyes are blinking too mich instead drecreasing the glases number it is inreasing even sometimes my eyes are burning is there any serious issue should i get a check. Up done m very sarced now mostly when i use mobile it pain

Assuming due to climate change eyes were itching and becomes red colour. Poured cold water and still itching.

I have eyes specs ( not works normal ,weak ) and i am using glasses for it , i wanted to remove my glasses by specs removal surgery , actually i m living in afghanistan and the wearher is not clear here unfortunatly i asked some doctors for they said this surgery is good for places which has clear weather and the weather of afghanistan will damage your eyes more then this , i expect you to instruct me for better !
