Eye problem. Frequently coming dirty substance from eye? What to do doctor please tell me. I am very upset.

Hi doctor, I am a 20 year old male. I am having squint in my right eye. It is turned inwards by birth and there are no problems in my vision and also can see anything in my two eyes clearly.  My left eye is perfect But right eye just turns inwards.My concern is can something be done to correct the squint? I want to be operation. I just want both my eyes looking straight with eye movements like a normal human. Can my squint be corrected surgically just for cosmetic purpose? Where i will go for my operation of the best hospital in  India. I have attached my eye photos. Kindly help me. It is a matter of my life. Without cosmetic eye correction.I am waiting for your response. Thank you Sir.

My Doctor advised me that I need to get my retina examination done.I wear contact lenses before how much time I should remove my lenses so that there is no issue in retina examination.I heard that lenses somewhat adjust the cornea so they need to be removed before some time for a eye examination. Also since I am a student I wear lenses during  college hours can I wear lenses during college hours and remove them before certain time and get my eye examination done in evening.

Can i do lasik for my eyes as I'm having diabates 2 since one year. What will be the cost for astigmatism.

It's like something there in my eye (like dirt particle)but I cannot find it.. Very disturbing. I used refresh tears but problem exists.pls give me a solution.

On my left eye.. i cant se clear.. when i went to doctor they told me that swelling in your retina since long time that's why i have problem.. they give eye drop .. they also told me that it might be loss my vission .. .

Since yesterday I have a lot of itching in my Right eye and both eyes pain when I close them.The right eye even becomes watery. I want to know any drops required to remove this itching and pain.
