I got to sujestion for my eye dryness issue. Which is lubrex & tears drops which is the best to use plz sujest me

I had gone through ICL surgery, but after 2 weeks I got some problem in eyes. Now When i look at light source, i get 2-3 shadows of that source. Kindly help me what can i do now ..? Thanks

Right eye vision is deterioting- 1. Experienced wavy edges of objects. 2. Blurred vision ON/OFF. 3. Halos around lights. 4. Vertical ghosting ( doubling of images ) 5. Power of RE is changing drastically. RE Sph -.5 Cyl -.25. The numbers may not represent the actual condition but quality of vision degraded very badly even after spectacle correction. Can it be keratoconus ? ? ( As symtoms are quite similiar )

I was given antibiotic drops (Milflodex) for eyes by an ophthalmologist and told to take it 4 Times a day for 15 days. My eyes have become normal after 2-3 days itself. Should I stop the drops? Attached a picture of my eye which was red before taking drops, but looks normal now.
