1 eye is damaged due to glucoma.. doctors remove the cataract in the operation.. can the vision be stored by placing lens???and how safe is the other eye?

I have been noticing that sometimes my eyes are not aligned perfectly and adding to that I have strain eye and some blurry vision when I look to the right I went to see doctors and 2 of them said my eyes are fine but the 3 rd doctor said that I have very small angle of deviation in my right and gave me glasses and since then I don’t have strain eye or blurry vision but I still notice the miss alignment of my eyes when I look at both side I would like to know can this problem be fixed or not

I see very small yellow specks coming in from the outer portions of my vision. They’re each about a millimeter big and there are a lot of them that just swarm in from the corners of my vision. I get very dizzy when it happens and it doesn’t happen very commonly. I’d say around once every 2 months. It just comes out of no where and lasts about 5 minutes.

The eyes are yellow in colour, and kind of yellow. The corner of the eyes are not pink, but somewhat blackish. Could you tell me what's wrong. And it itches inside the eye, so she scratches the eye sometimes, is this bad ?
