Iam feeling very painful above my left eye brow when I am using my phone, computer,and while watching movies, this headache had started since last week please help me out and please give me what are the things that I should include in my diet and any physical massage . I want to get it cured by natural process

From last week I am suffering from dizzy and blur vision felling weakness not able focus.please help me and get  out of this.

I came home with a red watery eye, that night it swelled up and went purple. I got antibiotics for a watery eye, they prescribed me with e-mycin, for an eye infection. The next day my other eye started watering and the same symptoms and the other eye is starting to swell. I have also pain in my temple and head area. I’ve been on antibiotics for 3 days now. What should I do? My vision is also on and off blurry and I see double when reading.
