Left eye in lower eyelids something is irritating and below eye area got swell Since last two days everyone feels like something is inside

My eyes often get itching due to which my eyes turn red and water comes out of my eye which leads to severe discomfort in my eye..which eye drops should I prefer ?

Hi, My right eye is swollen, burning sensation, pain and red since last 3 weeks. I do not have any discharge from my eyes. As per doctor it seems to be an infection. Doctor has given me zylopred and lubrex I am using 4 drops since last 5 days. I see that there is no improvement on discomfort, redness and swelling even after applying drops. I feel little comfortable only when i apply cold compress. I am worried as it is not reducing since 2 weeks and more. Can you advice what should i do.

I have a history of allergic conjunctivitis. My symptoms were Redness Itching Pain Burning. Right now I am Ok. I feel slight pain in my eyes as of now. I want to prevent allergy from happening again and get rid of the eye pain. I was using olopat Max and trehalube eye drops which I first minimised and stopped using as of now. What eye drops / medications / measures / daily habits I should take to prevent allergy from happening again and maintain a good eye health. My computer usage is 10-12 hr.

Are retinal tears hereditary ? My uncle has -3.75 number power in both eyes , and had a tear which was successfully sealed off . My power is -4 it has remained stable for years. I do have lattice . Without any holes or tears. Eye exams have been normal.Ever since I got to know that he had a tear I've been feeling nauseous that'll suffer the same fate.0
