Visual sensitivity dr vaibhev Mittal 2
Hi this is in response to dr vaibhev Mittal response to my answer about my visual sensitivity to squares or lines clustered together . My power is -4.5 in both eyes. Through the mechanical eye test one eyes power is -4.3 which is a drop . There have been some drop in my power from -5. And yes I do feel better without specs in such situations because I can't see the keys clearly or any stripes like that because of my near sightedness

I think you can get your eye sight re-examined and see how clear things are with -4DS
If you feel comfortable with -4DS then you can get new pair of glasses
Else we will rethink on diagnosis and will try to find solution for your problem
