Yep i am 24 but i cant see well now so i suppose my diopters are going to be increased. Furthermore if i am not going for eye check up is it a problem.

Hello.
As you mentioned that you had your last eye examination 4 yes back.. So at that time your age was 20yrs
Power usually become stable at age of 18-21 yrs
So there may be little change in your glass power but from now on... There will be no change or increase in glasses power
Ideally you should wear proper powered glasses...
