What is Dull Fr means in my eyes report?? Also in my RIght eye ERM is seen ; but my vision is ok? Should I get it operated?

My husband got pimple in right upper eye lid but because  of that his eye got swollen full eyes after that doc cut that and swollen gone but now he have small small tiny pimples in that eye on upper eyelid. What was it and why it happen pls can anybody explain???

I have undergone a barrage Laser on 5th & 6th June on both the eyes. A few days back I witnessed some flashes on both the eyes. Now I can observe while blinking my left eye one bright curve reflecting  in my side of the cornea. And just opening after blinking I can see one sudden black shadow is coming. Is there anything to worry about? I have pictured below. Kindly suggest. I'm scared 😰.
