I'm always getting small water blisters on my eyeliner for which I feel very discomfort while blinking like some particle in my eyes...plz help me

After exposure to light for some time, my eyes start paining. It also pains after looking at the screens because I am bound due to my online classes for long hours.

Hi I have been prescribed talimus 0.03 eye ointment by doctor for eye allergy as this is not reducing from a long time so when I apply it on eye lid in the night morning I feel little itchy ness in eye though I apply it on eyelid skin from three days I have been using this along with systane and pataday want to will these side effects subside down soon
