Eye Care & Problems

It has been more than a month... My both the eyes are swollen... There is no itchiness no pain nothing... Why it's not going ??? I have tried cold compress many time but it didn't work... I go for eye check up every 6 months but there is no change in my power since 4-5 years... I sleep for 10 hours (Average) Kindly tell me what is this and what are the possible ways or precautions to be taken next... I hope I will be getting the answer what i am looking for... Thank you in advance
