My daughter says that she is facing difficulty while reading tiny letters in her books. She faces this problem after every 15min of continuous reading. But she can view the distant objects and letters clearly. Will she need any reading glasses for an aid for her vision while reading ?

My eyes hurt after reading tiny letters in my book continuously for 15min. Will I need any reading glass for aiding my eyes while reading? Becoz I don't have any vision problem while reading to distant letters or my classroom board. But I have already had the problem of slight Binocular Vision. Pls help me .

My wife undergoes a laryngoscopy procedure yesterday but by mistake while putting spray on mouth, few drops fall in her eyes, after that burning sensation happened immediately she washed her eyes and now there is no redness, no burning now but her eyes seems to be somewhat swollen. I have been using contact lenses since long and this time i forgot to change new lens after 30 days. On using the expired lens, one day i got acute pain near pupil area in the left eye followed by redness. Next day there was no pain and after 2 days again got the same pain. What would be the reason and how to cure this.. please suggest

I have sleepy tired and heavy eyes , dark circles area also hurts , eyebrows bone also hurts but not that much , my eyelid is very heavy as if my skin has dropped and trying to close my eyes , I tried to stretch it to open my actual big eyes . My eyes looks fluppy, my sleepy eyes are also causing my big fluppy face . It's been 2 months ,since I m having this problem. I feel sleepy all the time , coffee, massage accupressure and washing eyes makes me relief but it's only relief for some minutes. I had a poor sleeping schedule , anxiety , and cried for many days , then it started , after crying session I thought I would be okay , because everytime I cry my eyes get swell , but this time it stay same , my eyes swell look like I just cried , help me , my visions are perfect, my father does have itchy eyesight problem but he is old so can't relate it . I exercise, good food , please help me get rid of this . Am in Village now for months . And it's distracting my daily life .

Hello Doc, From last 20 days my left side of my left eye has got red. I have tried many home remedies like cold water showering in eyes, eye drops but its all in vain. Also it gets more itchy and dark red in the evening. Please let me know causes and remedies.

I am hyper myopic and have currently distance and near vision in both eyes. 15years back I got clear lens surgery and my vision was corrected back then. After some time I got both positive and negative number in both eyes. Question: Is this ok to swim in chlorine treated water as sometime back when I went inside the water, I got small floaters in both of my eyes which got cleared after a course of eye drops.
