What is the substitute of Betnasol - N eye/ ear drops? Because it is out of stock everywhere. Please suggest me best substitute medicine

My right eye lower eye lid is twitching. It's been more than a month now it will be there for few days and go away and same thing is repeating. I don't have any other stress apart from this eyelid twitching. It's really irritating. How long it will take to go away?

I was diagnosed with CSR on the right eye in January 2024. Dr. Put me on medicine for 3 months but still it did not cure me with the medicine so he suggested me for laser surgery to block the leakage, so I went for surgery even after that I did not get better.  I am not able to understand what to do, so please suggest me.
