I went to a general medicine doctor because I was gaining weight. He advised to take a Thyroid, Random Blood Sugar.
My thyroid was normal but my blood sugar level was 204 which I took after 1 Hr of taking a meal.
He told me that I might have Diabetes and told me to do sugar tests before and after eating and the same after 3 months. My age is 26 years and my weight is around 125 Kgs. I don't understand how to tackle this problem.
