Hi I was advised to take deviry thrice a day . I have missed taking it in the afternoon and took it around 7pm . Can I take the next dosage at 11 pm }? How much should be the time gap between dosages? ) Please suggest.

I am a pcos patient n m taking krimson 35 . I am maintaining a good n healthy diet for weight loss with exercise.. . So is there any problem to add take apple cider vinegar in my diet.... as m in medication... So any side effects????????
