I am 29years old female, i just got my blood report and my tsh level is 6.7. consulted a doctor and he has given me thyronorm 50mcg. when i asked him how long do i need to take this he said 1 year , 2 year or maybe lifelong. due to some mishappenings at home i was in stress for last 2 months, is it possible due to stress my tsh levels are high. should i start these medications or should i get a retest again after a month and check if tsh level is increasing. cholestrol,bp everythng else is fine.

My other sugar levels checked today - 185(fasting),235(post lunch). Sugar levels from the past 6 months ranges are like 150- 180(fasting), 200-230(post lunch). As per the doctors guidance, Currently taking 15ml insulin+tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the night. Just want to take second opinion that is it will be fine to take some insulin in the Night also in the place of tablet or take both tablet abd insulin in the night?

Hello, PCOD has been detected, which requires a proper treatment. The doctor didnt look at the ultrasound photos(she had sent me to another clinic to do it), also did not examine me, just wrote a prescription without explaining anything about the drug. I am leading a very healthy lifestyle but was told to lose weight (1,63m, 53kg) I asked for blood test, she said not necessary. I am pretty sure that a blood test is required to check the hormonal situation, right? What will be the next step? Thx
